Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence(KASE)

KASE is a section - 25 company fully owned by Govt. of Kerala. It is a non-profit organization with the main object of facilitating mass human resource development through specialized skill development courses across the state. The Board of Directors of this entity, constituted by the government nominees, will be vested with the management of this entity.

The participation of leading public and private industries are envisiged in the domains of Construction, Retail, Finance, IT & ITES, Tourism, Hospitality etc. To facilitate this, a separate joint venture company is formed as SPV by the Apex entity along with Private participant under PPP model. The profit of the SPV can be shared among the apex entity and the private participant. There can be any number of SPVs, may be industry based or location based or both as it deem fit by the Apex entity.
